Development of Anti-Inflammatory and Drug Discovery Platform Technologies Focusing on the Intracellular Dynamics of IL-1α and the Regulation of Nuclear RNA, In this study, we are focusing on the interactions between the decoy receptor IL-1R2 and the binding protein HAX-1, both of which are involved in the regulation of IL-1α. Using various knockout cell lines generated with CRISPR/Cas9, we are investigating the possibility that IL-1α forms complexes with snoRNA and HAX-1 within the cell nucleus to regulate their nuclear dynamics and release.
