【研究内容】
研究①, バクテリオファージおよびエンドライシンを用いた新規抗菌戦略の構築
臨床現場で検出例が急増している非結核性抗酸菌（NTM）を標的とし、バクテリオファージやその由来の殺菌性タンパク質「エンドライシン」を活用した、新たな治療法の基礎的研究を展開しています。
研究②, β-ラクタマーゼを標的とした薬剤耐性メカニズムの解明
薬剤耐性菌問題の解決に向け、特にβ-ラクタマーゼの機能解析を軸とした多角的なアプローチにより、詳細な薬剤耐性機構の解明を進めています。
